Shooting a Parade of Homes Winner

Recent winner of two awards (first place distinctive design, gold winner pick of the parade), B.L. Rieke’s Savannah plan had it all. During my initial client walkthrough, I knew I wanted to arrive early enough to get the lanai + gold course view in perfect light. See how the sun is behind the beam? Yep, that was planned! We shot a handful of wider shots as well as plenty of details to tie the gallery together. Shot for B.L. Rieke Custom Home Builders.

The Yards

The Yards Apartments, an industrial inspired multifamily community in the KCMO West Bottoms was one of my first shoots after the COVID-19 lockdown. The client was looking for a mix of main-area images as well as a few details to highlight the uniqueness of materials. My personal favorite is the shot at the “sky deck”. I met some cool dudes chilling with some drinks during prime golden hour. I was able to capture them in their natural state! Shot for MMC Corp.

KSU Hale Library Renovation Progress

I was invited back to shoot some of the renovation progress at KSU’s Hale library. At this time, the project is partially finished. Unconfirmed, but this may be the largest library renovation in the United States. Below are some final shots for some of the finished areas on the first floor, as well as some BTS shots from floors 2-3. The library originally suffered from fire and water damage in May 2018. Shot for PGAV.
